What Can I Expect?

  • You can expect to be accountable to your Coach by marking each task complete every day
  • You can expect to get a kickstart on what healthy habits you need to implement in order to lose 1 pound a week
  • You can expect to EAT! We aren’t about starving or skipping meals to lose weight
  • You can expect to be proud of what you are capable of!
  • You can expect to check in and hear back from your Coach through your weekly progress report
  • You can expect to feel some positive physical changes and improved symptoms of sluggish digestion, low energy, and improved mobility
  • You can expect to discover new habits that you didn’t have in place that make a big difference with weight loss

What This Program is NOT

  • This is not a one-size-fits-all nutrition program. You will not receive meal suggestions or recipes. If you would like a personalized meal plan, click here
  • This is not a weight loss promise. You must put the work in, stay accountable to yourself and your Coach, in order to see results
  • This is not a quick fix. Losing weight takes time. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week to give your body (and mind) time to adjust to your new weight

How Do I Get Started?

  • Register through the link below **REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED**
  • Download the free App, on your phone (you will receive details in your Getting Started Email)
  • You will be added to the client list on the Coach’s portal and you will start receiving tasks to complete on May 29
  • Watch your email for a “Getting Started” guide just before the challenge begins. It will be sent to the address associated with your PayPal account that you sign up with

What If I Want To Keep Going After 4 Weeks?

  • You should have a good routine of habits and accountability in place when the challenge ends. You are welcome to keep going on your own!
  • If you want ongoing support and do better when you check in with a Coach, consider joining the Metabolic Momentum Membership where you will have access to the members only Hub with recipe links, on-demand videos with weight loss tips, and ongoing habit coaching tasks to complete on your App
